Upon booking your party online, you will receive a phone call from one of our team members to confirm your party package and share with you some important information regarding your party. Each of our party packages include 60-minutes of jump time followed by 40 minutes in a party room directly after your jump.
We ask that you and your guests arrive 20-30 minutes early prior to your start time to check-in. Once your party is confirmed via phone, you will receive a confirmation email with details about your party. There will be a link to an E-invitation in your email if you would like to use it, along with a section on tips to help your party run as smoothly as possible.
We would like to remind you that all jumpers are required to fill-out a waiver before they can jump. Our waivers can be found online or they may be filled out by a parent or legal guardian at one of our in-store kiosks. We do not allow any outside food or beverage to be brought in other than your cake. We do provide plates, cups, and utensils, but you are welcome to bring your own. If you have any guests that have mobility challenges, please let us know. Your party deposit is fully refundable up to 7 days prior to the event.
